  2. Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping to the contiguous United States and Canada. To our friends in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: reach out and we will create a custom bid for you!

  3. Estimated Delivery Times: Domestic orders can expect their entire order to be fulfilled within 3-6 weeks of submission. Please note that most products available on our website are manufactured to order. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we create high-quality products for you.

  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and added to your order at the checkout stage. The exact amount will depend on factors such as the size, weight, and destination of the products in your order.

  5. Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. Our products are crafted with care, and most are manufactured to order to ensure the highest quality.

  6. Shipping Notifications: Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your designated delivery location.

  7. Shipping Insurance: We do not currently offer shipping insurance for orders placed on our website.

  8. Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the unfortunate event of a lost or severely damaged shipment, our dedicated grOH! Team will work diligently to locate the order or rectify the situation. If there is an unforeseen, significant manufacturing delay, we will promptly notify affected customers via email.

  9. Freight Shipments: For items shipped via freight, such as climbing panels, we require customers to inspect the delivered products upon arrival. Do not accept any damaged items delivered via freight. Thoroughly document any damages with photos and videos (if applicable). If you encounter any damaged products, communication should be initiated through the form on our website or by contacting us at shop@grohplayrooms.com.
