The Ascend Climbing Panel creates the flat climbing walls you see in many grOH! designs!

Panel is mounted on ledgers that are mounted to the wall. See Installation Resources for more details.

The panel has 25 preinstalled T-Nuts to make interchanging holds very easy, opening up endless layout options without having previous holes compromise your panels' safety and integrity!

This product is custom and made to order. Deliveries can be expected between 2-4 weeks after ordering.

Product Specifications

The Ascend Climbing Panel Collection is made of the highest quality plywood with included t-nuts. The finish of the panels is a non-toxic paint with safety texture for additional grip.

Frameless Ascend Panel is 42"H x 42"W x .75"D and has a weight capacity of 270lbs, per manufacturer recommendation. (Note: Depth does NOT include ledgers required for safe and secure installation)

Climbing Panels are made in the USA by climbing experts.

What are ledgers?

Ledgers are 2x4s and/or 2x6s that are mounted horizontally to a wall by installing them to the studs in the wall. These allow for more attachment points for the panels since the panels are installed to the ledger and not into the studs which have a specific spacing.

Ledgers facilitate the minimum distance between your panel and your wall to install your climbing holds safely and securely.

Hardware

Hardware included to attach the panel to the ledgers. Mounting fasteners to secure ledgers to wall NOT INCLUDED. See Installation Guide for more information about the recommended fasteners for your wall type.

Additional Information:
Frameless Panels CAN be cut. Plan cuts carefully and purposefully.

Brick and rock veneer are not suitable installation surfaces for installation.

Easy to clean! Panels wipe clean with a damp cloth. Non-abrasive cleaners only, if needed.
