Absolutely! The Playroom Planning Session is complimentary for approved members of our Partners in Play Trade Program.
To get started, simply apply to the program and submit the required documentation for review. Once approved, you'll have access to complimentary planning support, including product recommendations, layout guidance, and a curated shopping cart tailored to your client's space.

Yes — to create a tailored plan, we’ll need photos and basic measurements at least 72 hours before your session.
Your Product Specialist will walk you through what to send and how to measure easily.

If we don’t receive your measurements and photos by the 72-hour deadline, we’ll need to reschedule your session.

The full process takes about 1–2 weeks from receipt of your complete intake materials to the creation of your curated shopping cart & layout.

Yes. We understand schedules change. After two reschedule requests, however, the session may be canceled and converted into a Groh Shop gift card equal to the amount paid.

Your fee covers:
- A 55-minute Planning session with your Product Specialist.
- A personalized room layout, and a curated shopping cart.
If you spend $2,500 or more in the Groh Shop, your fee is fully credited to your order.
Note: Your credit will expire 60 days after you receive your curated shopping cart.

Your Product Specialist will begin preparing personalized recommendations before your scheduled session, so all sessions fees are non-refundable. However, we’re confident the value and clarity you’ll gain will far exceed the cost.

Definitely! If you’re ready, your Product Specialist can help finalize your selections and place your order during your session. If not, you’ll receive your cart and plan afterward, so you can purchase on your own time.
