Climb, Swing, Explore

Give kids a new way to move through the playroom with a climbing experience that's anything but ordinary.

  • The Rockin' Rope Ladder combines flexible rope with sturdy hardwood rungs to create a dynamic climbing challenge that encourages children to build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence. Unlike a traditional rigid ladder, the movement of the rope requires children to continuously adjust their bodies as they climb.
  • Use it as an access point to a fort, Rope Tunnel, or Monkey Bars, incorporate it into an indoor obstacle course, or create a secret entrance to a second level of a play structure. For an added challenge, the ladder can be secured at both the top and bottom—or left unsecured at the bottom for more confident climbers who are ready to navigate additional movement.
  • Made to order and available in multiple lengths, the Rockin' Rope Ladder is a versatile addition to thoughtfully designed active play spaces.

Every Climb Builds Confidence

At Groh, we believe children learn through movement—and climbing gives them countless opportunities to practice using their bodies with purpose.

The Rockin' Rope Ladder asks children to plan their route, coordinate different parts of their bodies, and continually adjust as the ladder moves beneath them.
Each step requires children to respond to the movement of the rope and adjust their balance accordingly. That instability creates an engaging physical challenge that can grow with the child.
