If you decide not to purchase after your session, you’ll still receive your final room plan and curated list to shop at your own pace.

- A Concierge, who acts as your personal account manager — helping you prep, gather measurements, and stay on track.
- A Playologist, one of our expert designers who specializes in child-centered layout and product planning using the Groh collection.

Our Playologists are trained designers with deep expertise in childhood development, educational environments, and layout planning for function, flow, and play. They’re experts in translating your family’s needs into beautifully designed spaces using only Groh products.
Is this a full-service design project?

No — this is a guided shopping experience. It does not include custom sourcing, architectural plans, or construction support.
If you’re looking for a more comprehensive design solution, we’ll happily connect you with our Groh Studio team.

Absolutely! Many of our Concierge clients are grandparents designing spaces for weekend visits, sleepovers, or multi-generational homes.

Yes! The Groh Concierge is perfect for trade professionals who want guidance selecting the right products for a client space.
You’ll receive layout recommendations, a curated cart, and the confidence that your selections are backed by playroom experts.

Yes — to create a tailored plan, we’ll need photos and basic measurements at least 72 hours before your session.
Your Concierge will walk you through what to send and how to measure easily, even without a tape measure.

If we don’t receive your measurements and photos by the 72-hour deadline, we’ll need to reschedule your session — and a $75 rescheduling fee may apply.

The full process takes about 1–2 weeks from receipt of your complete intake materials to your final plan.

Your fee covers:
- A 30-minute prep call with your Concierge
- A 55-minute design session with your Playologist
- A personalized room layout, and a curated shopping cart.
If you spend $2,500 or more in the Groh Shop, your fee is fully credited to your order.

Yes — your credit is valid for 60 days after your Concierge session, as long as your Groh Shop order meets the $2,500 minimum.

Your Concierge session will still be incredibly valuable — you’ll walk away with a custom layout and tailored product plan. The $500 fee will not be credited unless your order meets the minimum.

Due to the personalized nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re confident the value and clarity you’ll gain will far exceed the cost.

Definitely! If you’re ready, your Playologist can help finalize your selections and place your order during your session. If not, you’ll receive your cart and plan afterward to purchase on your own time.
