Climbing, Reimagined
Take indoor climbing beyond a flat wall.
- The Dynamic Climbing Panel brings dimension, angles, and movement into the climbing experience. Its sculptural, three-dimensional design gives children multiple planes to navigate, creating a more dynamic challenge than a traditional flat climbing wall.
- Made from durable glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) with a non-toxic textured finish, the panel features 22 pre-installed T-nuts positioned across different planes and angles. This allows climbing holds to be placed throughout the panel's contours, creating routes that can evolve with your child's skills and confidence.
- At 48" × 48", the Dynamic Panel is slightly larger than the 42" × 42" Ascend Panels, giving climbers even more room to explore.

Installation Guide
Installation Requirements
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
The Dynamic Panel uses a different mounting technique from the Ascend Panel collection, so customers should follow the Dynamic Climbing Panel Installation Guide rather than using installation instructions for other grOH! climbing panels.
The panel must be installed to an appropriate structural surface.
Dynamic Panels cannot be cut and cannot be installed on brick or rock veneer.
Because this is mounted gross motor equipment,Groh recommends installation by an experienced, licensed, and insured general contractor.
Important Installation Considerations
-Power tools are required
-Advanced DIY experience is recommended
-Professional installation is strongly recommended
-Allow 2+ hours for installation
-Proper structural support is essential
-Follow the Dynamic Climbing Panel Installation Guide for the specific mounting method
Climbing Height + Safety
The Groh Shop recommends installing climbing panels at a maximum height of 10 feet for safe free climbing. Any climbing higher than 10 feet requires a belay system.
For safe use:
-Follow all manufacturer installation instructions
-Use an appropriate fall-attenuation surface
-Keep the climbing area clear of furniture and other obstacles
-Inspect the panel, mounting system, and climbing holds regularly
-Do not modify or cut the panel
-Do not install on brick or rock veneer
For children under 6, adult supervision is recommended.
Safety Mats Are Part of the Setup
A climbing wall should always be planned as a complete system—not just a wall-mounted product.
Pair the Dynamic Climbing Panel with appropriate Groh Safety Mats beneath the climbing area to provide an appropriate fall-attenuation surface.
When planning your installation, consider both the height of the climbing wall and the surrounding clearance needed for active play.
Care + Maintenance
The Dynamic Panel is designed for long-term active use with minimal maintenance.
To care for your panel:
-Wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth
-Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners
-Inspect the panel regularly for damage
-Check the mounting system periodically
-Inspect climbing holds and bolts before use
-Confirm that all hardware remains secure
Because the panel's dimensional surface is an important part of its design, do not cut, sand, drill, or otherwise modify the panel.
